Now available this great Dethleffs touring caravan with awning. It is in very good condition and comes fully furnished. The plot is 140m2 and is mostly astro turf plus a gravel area for off road parking. The awning has a kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and gas cooker which were only purchased in 2018, a dining area with a large table and 6 chairs, plus a lounge area with 2 recliner chairs that also have massage and heat function. The TV in the awning area is not included but there are 2 more TV´s in the caravan. Inside the caravan there are twin beds to the rear, tv in one unit, and storage units, there is a central kitchen area and bathroom area plus the end lounge area with another tv built into a unit. The plot has wind breakers to the front of the plot, which provides privacy and protection, a swing seat, charcoal bbq, some plants, (the storage units are not included).
The insurance is paid until 8.9.22, plot rent until 1.11.21, UK TV and box sets until 1.2.22 and there is the possibility to transfer these over at the buyer´s cost.
The site has a large pool and sun terrace area plus a jacuzi area. There is a large bar which also serves food and has entertainment most weekends.
