On site there is a communal pool for the site, an English bar and a Spanish restaurant and there is a bus stop just up the road from the site that goes down into the town centre which is about an 8 minute drive.  Alicante airport is approximately 25 minutes drive and Alicante city and Benidorm are only a 20 minute drive from the site.  To the rear of the site there is also a path that takes you to the tram stop, and just 2 stops gets you to the town centre and lovely beaches.  Another path takes you to a rocky cove and a bar.

Site fees are 4,100€ per year payable 1st August and pro rata.  Electricity is 23 euros plus iva per quarter standing charge and metered for use at standard rate per kwh.  Water is 240€ plus iva per year, payable 1st October.  NO PETS are allowed on this site.
